Installation Instructions

Please read these installation instructions carefully before installing the compressor:

1. The main reason for compressor failure is air leakage from the air suspension system, causing the compressor to overwork and burn out.

Common causes of system leaks are:

- Air spring aging and leaking.

- Worn seals, O-rings and worn air hoses.

- Valve block leaking.

2. Compressor running too long and too frequently, too many turns on will cause the relay contacts to stick together. The result is that the relay no longer works, and the compressor continues to run uncontrollably until it burns out. The included relay must be replaced before the compressor is installed, even though it still seems to work.

3. The air intake hose filter element has been used for too long and has no effect of filtering and drying air. As a result, the compressor sucks in moisture, and the rust burns the pump. In this case, it is necessary to replace the intake hose and replace the air filter.

4. Otherwise, the compressor will be damaged very quickly, which will void the warranty.

In conclusion, all causes of compressor damage must be completely eliminated before installing a new compressor. And replace the relay, air filter if applicable, or the compressor warranty will be voided!

Tips:

1. Must be disassembled and installed in a professional service provider or repair shop.

2. Be sure to check the system for leaks after servicing, the easiest way is to stop the vehicle and record the height from the ground to the lower edge of the fender. Measure these heights again the next day and compare them to the previous heights. After the vehicle has been parked overnight, the compressor typically does not need to run for more than 20 to 30 seconds before the system starts.
